With the end of the Writer's Guild of America (WGA) strike, this week we take a look at key aspects of the basic agreement to be ratified (+ some respective math calculations), and how it will affect dramatic changes in the current TV pilot development process, next season's network TV Upfront presentations (note: still on for May '08) and programming production for the remainder of this 2007/2008 season.
