As Nielsen is close to delivering on its new service proposed to deliver standardized out-of-home viewing video metrics (note: delayed from September 2007; data will cover viewing of national broadcast and cable networks), Arbitron is already working on obtaining metric credibility as they just released its Bar Media Report which profiles the audience for bar and lounge advertising. This week we take a look at Arbitron's analyses and summarize its quantitative findings. .
